Abstract

The method comprises the steps: firstly enabling a tuning capacitor to bedisposed above an oscillator, enabling the oscillator to be close to a lower electrode of a working capacitor to the maximum extent, and reducing the grounding impedance of the lower electrode of theworking capacitor; keeping the electric connection relation among the tuning capacitor, the oscillator, an upper electrode of the working capacitor and the lower electrode of the working capacitor unchanged; and arranging a shielding cover around the tuning capacitor. The device comprises a power supply, the oscillator, a tuning device and the working capacitor. The high-frequency radiation can begreatly reduced, and the boundary dimension of the high-frequency machine can be greatly reduced.
