Abstract

The invention discloses a full-load dust remover efficiency improvement and wastewater evaporation system. A desulfurization wastewater pipeline is communicated with an inlet of a heat absorption sideof a wastewater preheating system through a water adjusting system. An outlet of an air compressor passes through an air adjusting system, is combined with an outlet of the heat absorption side of the wastewater preheating system through a pipeline and is then communicated with an inlet of a nozzle in an atomization evaporation system. An outlet of a boiler is divided into three paths after passing through an SCR denitration device, wherein a first path is communicated with a flue gas inlet of the atomization evaporation system through an air preheater, a second path is communicated with theflue gas inlet of the atomization evaporation system through a heat release side of the wastewater preheating system, a third path is communicated with the flue gas inlet of the atomization evaporation system, and an outlet of the atomization evaporation system is communicated with an inlet of a dust remover. The system can effectively improve the efficiency and removal rate of the dust remover and reduce the treatment capacity of desulfurization wastewater of a power plant.
