The invention relates to a single-component, moisture-hardening silicone composition comprising 100 parts by weight of a crosslinkable polydiorganosiloxane OH-PDMS having silanol end groups, 5 to 20 parts by weight of at least one hydrophilic silicic acid KS, 1 to 10 parts by weight of at least one organoalkoxysilane or organoalkoxysiloxane crosslinker V, which contains at least 2 alkoxysilane groups, 1 to 7 parts by weight of an organoalkoxysilane or organoalkoxyiloxane AS, which contains at least one amino alkyl group having a primary amino group, 0.1 to 7 parts by weight of at least one tincatalyst K, up to 5 parts by weight of an organoalkoxysilane or organoalkoxysiloxane OS, which contains at least two alkoxysilane groups, wherein the silicone composition contains less than 1.0 wt% water, relative to the total composition, provided that the reactivity for hydrolysis of the organoalkoxysilane or organoalkoxysiloxane OS is higher than the reactivity for hydrolysis of the organoalkoxysilane or organoalkoxysiloxane crosslinker V.
