Abstract

The invention relates to a polyurea elastomer anticorrosive material. The material comprises a component A and a component B. The component A comprises the following components in parts by weight: 90to 110 parts of amino-terminated polyolefin, 30 to 40 parts of silicon dioxide, 50 to 70 parts of a toughening agent, 6 to 10 parts of a coupling agent, 5 to 10 parts of an antioxidant, 60 to 160 parts of an anti-penetration agent, 20 to 30 parts of a chain extender and 50 to 150 parts of an acid-resistant filler. The component B comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80 to 100 parts of isocyanate, 40 to 60 parts of dihydroxy polyether, 20 to 60 parts of a plasticizer and 1 to 2 parts of a catalyst. A weight ratio of the component A to the component B is 1: (1-2). The anticorrosive material produced by using the above formula is good in toughness and high in corrosion resistance and elasticity.
