Abstract

The freezing system comprises a liquid nitrogen evaporator, a saline water pump, a distributor, a liquid conveying pipeline and a liquid return pipeline, wherein a coil pipe is arranged in the liquid nitrogen evaporator, the liquid conveying pipeline and the liquidreturn pipeline are both communicated with the coil pipe in the liquid nitrogen evaporator, the inlet end of the liquid conveying pipeline is assembled at the bottom of the liquid nitrogen evaporator,the outlet end of the liquid conveying pipeline is inserted into the bottom of a freezing pipe, and the saline water pump and the distributor are arranged on the liquid conveying pipeline. The methodcomprises the steps of 1, system precooling; 2, refrigeration freezing; 3, maintenance freezing; 4, safety operation technical measures; 5, refrigeration system design; 6, freezing hole drilling construction; 7, freezing construction; 8, freezing pipe pulling out; and 9, frost heaving and thaw collapse control.
