Abstract

The invention discloses an application of non-coding RNA (miR-132-5P) to a peripheral nerve regeneration process. The non-coding RNA (miR-132-5P) can promote peripheral extension regeneration by inhibiting the expression of the miR-132-5P. Rat miR-132-5p is knocked down and overexpressed through a genetic engineering technology, and results show that after the miR-132-5p is inhibited, the axon growth speed of neurons is increased, the nerve repair time is shortened, and the nerve function recovery is remarkable.
