The hydraulic system comprises a first duplex internal engaged gear pump in driving connection with a first variable speed motor, a second duplex internal engaged gear pump in driving connection with a second variable speed motor, a pressure regulating valve set, an auxiliary action control valve set, a compression oil cylinder control valve set and a compression oil cylinder. The electric control system comprises a PLC electrically connected with the first variable speed motor, the second variable speed motor, a three-phase asynchronous motor, the auxiliary action control valve set, the compression oil cylinder control valve set and the pressure regulating valve set.
