The super-early-strength concrete admixture comprises the following components in parts by weight:5-20 parts of a polycarboxylate superplasticizer; 5-10 parts of a viscosity reduction type polycarboxylate superplasticizer; 1-5 parts of a retarder; 1-5 parts of an alcohol amine compound; 1-5 partsof thiocyanate; 0.1-0.5 parts of an air entraining agent; 0.1-0.5 parts of a defoaming agent; 5-10 parts of a viscosity modifier; a small amount of a pH regulator; and 52-74 parts of water. The super-early-strength concrete admixture and the preparation method thereof are specially oriented to concrete with the grade of C40 or below of an assembly type component factory, the construction performance of the concrete within the specified time can be guaranteed, an early strength agent free of harmful ions such as chloride ions and sulfate radicals is added, the early strength of the concrete isimproved, and no adverse effect is caused on the later strength of the concrete. On the other hand, the viscosity of the concrete is adjusted, so that the constructability and the compactness reach abalance point, and the production efficiency of the component factory is improved.
