When a wave load acts on the corrosion-resistant light high-strength floating type outer wall, a flexible bendable steel plate on the side wall of the wind turbine slides upwards along a rail, the corrosion-resistant light high-strength floating type outer wallhorizontally moves towards the direction of the wind turbine tower, and at the moment, the force is transmitted to the hydraulic homogeneous magnet damper through the corrosion-resistant light high-strength floating type outer wall, so that the damper is compressed to dissipate energy.
