Abstract

The invention relates to a method for extracting and recovering ammonium perchlorate from a solid propellant by adopting a swelling method. The method comprises the following steps: by taking an ethylacetate aqueous solution as a swelling solvent, forming a mixture with an HTPB solid propellant through a swelling reaction; and filtering the mixture, and heating the filtrate until the filtrate isdried to obtain the ammonium perchlorate crystal. According to the invention, the raw materials are wide in source, low in price, low in volatility, small in harm to human bodies and good in compatibility with HTPB propellants, and the extraction rate of ammonium perchlorate reaches 93%-98%.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of recovery and utilization of solid propellants, in particular to a method for extracting and recovering ammonium perchlorate from HTPB solid propellants by a swelling method. Background technique [0002] HTPB propellant is a composite solid propellant widely used in solid missiles. Due to the replacement of missile weapons, long-term storage aging and failure, and some substandard products produced in the production process of enterprises, the scrapped HTPB propellants produced by countries all over the world reach more than 1,000 tons every year. [0003] In addition, in solid propellant production enterprises, a large amount of waste HTPB propellant is produced every year in the production process. Except for a small part of these waste HTPB propellants used in the research and development and production of military-civilian integration products, which generate certain economic and social benefits, most of them ...
