Abstract

The invention discloses a production process of an aluminum-plastic plate. The construction process comprises the following steps of forming a polyethylene layer with a preset width by adopting an extrusion process, respectively preheating surface aluminum and the preheated bottom aluminum, and respectively adhering polymer adhesive films to the preheated surface aluminum and bottom aluminum, where the widths of the polymer adhesive films, the surface aluminum and the bottom aluminum are all the preset widths; sending the extruded polyethylene layer and the surface aluminum and the bottom aluminum to which the polymer adhesive film is adhered into a group of composite rollers for compounding according to a preset up-and-down stacking sequence; and subjecting the compounded plate blank to roller pressing, cooling and fixed-length cutting. By adopting the production process, the use of heat energy is reduced, and the production speed is increased. A series of quality problems such as deformation, stretching and corrugated edges of the aluminum-plastic plate caused by uneven temperature of multiple groups of composite rollers are reduced, and the quality of the aluminum-plastic plateis improved. Waste of polyethylene layer materials is reduced, and production cost is saved.
