Problems solved by technology

Due to the insidious onset of lung cancer and no special clinical manifestations in the early stage, there is still a lack of effective early screening and diagnosis methods. Therefore, more than 80% of lung cancers are diagnosed at an advanced stage, and the overall 5-year survival rate is less than 15%.
[0010] Screening of non-small cell lung cancer cell line NCI-H1299 using phage display random cyclic heptapeptide library has not been reported yet

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of biological medicine, and provides a fluorescence molecular probe for carrying out targeted marking on the non-small cell lung cancer and application thereof in order to solve the problem of lack of screening on an NCI-H1299 cell line by utilizing a phage display random peptide library at present. The fluorescence molecular probe is a fluorescence marking targeting peptide and is named as FITC-NSP1, and the amino acid sequence of the fluorescence molecular probe is shown as SEQ ID NO. 1. The probe is specifically combined with the non-small-cell lung cancer cell line NCI-H1299, and is applied to detection of the non-small-cell lung cancer in in-vitro human sputum cast-off cells. An experimental basis is provided for molecular diagnosis and targeted therapy of the non-small-cell lung cancer. Screening is carried out in a non-small-cell lung cancer NCI-H1299 cell tumor-bearing mouse body by a Ph.D.-C7CTM cyclic heptapeptide library, the lungcancer targeting peptide NSP1 is successfully obtained, the specificity and targeting of the lung cancer targeting peptide NSP1 are preliminarily verified in vitro and in vivo, and a foundation is laid for research on early diagnosis of the lung cancer.

Description

Technical field[0001]The invention belongs to the technical field of biomedicine, and specifically relates to a fluorescent molecular probe for targeting and labeling non-small cell lung cancer and its application. The fluorescent molecular probe specifically binds to the non-small cell lung cancer cell line NCI-H1299 and is used in vitro. Application of sputum exfoliated cells in the detection of non-small cell lung cancer. Provide experimental basis for molecular diagnosis and targeted therapy of non-small cell lung cancer. Background technique[0002]Lung cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors with the highest fatality rate, and its incidence ranks first among all malignant tumors. Non-small cell lung cancer includes squamous cell carcinoma (squamous cell carcinoma), adenocarcinoma, and large cell carcinoma. Compared with small cell carcinoma, cancer cells grow more slowly, and spread and metastasize relatively late. Non-small cell lung cancer accounts for about 80% of al...
