[0011] In this patent, we will introduce FDKF for smoothing output power fluctuations of wind power generation systems. It is well known that there is a nonlinear relationship between battery power and wind power generation, and there is a nonlinear relationship between SOH and battery power. In this method, the nonlinear problem is solved by taking into account the dependence of input and output on battery power and SOH through the linear membership function of the fuzzy controller. To address control problems such as reducing power fluctuations and reducing battery capacity, a fuzzy-based control method is employed, which is also applicable to multi-constrained and abrupt inputs, such as the intermittency of wind speed.
