Abstract

The invention provides a compound antioxidant for feed and a preparation method of the compound antioxidant. According to the technical scheme, components having potential influence on oxygen free radicals are screened based on experimental means, and the interaction and synergistic relationship between the components and ethoxyquinoline are explored. Experiments find that corn enzyme prepared bya specific process can generate a synergistic effect on ethoxyquinoline, and when sodium alginate, magnesium lauryl sulfate, sodium carboxymethyl starch, ammonium glycyrrhizinate, acesulfame potassium, sucrose ester, sodium caseinate and arbutin are further introduced, the synergistic effect is more remarkable. Based on the beneficial finding, the invention constructs a compound antioxidant formula from the components, and provides a preparation method of the compound antioxidant. Experimental verification shows that the compounding scheme can play a role at an extremely low dosage, so that the oxidation resistance of fat can be obviously improved, the protectiveness to fat-soluble vitamins is also improved to a certain extent, and the compounding scheme has outstanding technical advantages.
