Abstract

The invention discloses a method for determining seven degradation products of indoxacarb in tea leaves and tea soup based on ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry, andbelongs to the technical field of tea pesticide residue detection. The method comprises the following steps: 1) sample extraction and purification: extracting a fresh leaf or tea sample with acetonitrile / water, carrying out C18 and GCB dispersive solid-phase extraction and purification, concentrating, and fixing the volume with methanol / water; or 1) enriching, purifying and leaching the PRPSPE column of the tea soup sample, eluting and receiving with methanol, concentrating, and fixing the volume with methanol / water; 2) performing ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry by adopting C-2 chromatographic column separation to detect seven degradation products of indoxacarb; and (3) calculating the standard curve and the linear correlation coefficient of the indoxacarb degradation products, and (4) calculating the adding recovery rate, the relative standard deviation, the detection limit and the quantification limit. The method disclosed by the invention meetsresidue analysis requirements and can provide an analysis method for research and detection of seven degradation products of indoxacarb in fresh tea leaves, tea leaves and tea soup.
