Abstract

The adhesive for the glass slide is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 0.2-9% of amino silane, 0.05-1.3% of polyethylene glycol, 0.01-0.1% of poly-L-lysine, 0.2-0.4% of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 0.1-0.3% of an anionic surfactant, 0.4-0.55% of an auxiliary agent and the balance of purified water, wherein the polyethylene glycol is one of PEG 6000 and PEG 4000; the preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, adding poly-L-lysine and polyethylene glycol into purified water, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution; S2, adding amino silane, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, an anionic surfactant and an auxiliary agent into the mixed solution, and performing uniform mixing to obtain the adhesive.
