Abstract

The composition comprises target gene detection primers and internal reference gene detection primers, wherein target genes are CDH13, FOXD3, ZNF671, HOXA11, FBXO32 and OPCML. The detection primers for the genes not only comprise promoter regions of the genes, but also comprise coding regions of the genes, and multi-gene methylation regions are selected in the composition for joint detection, so that functional complementation is formed, the sensitivity of detecting the ovarian cancer is remarkably improved, and the detection primers have very high specificity for normal and ovarian benign tumors. The kit containing the detection composition can detect patients with the possibilityof the ovarian cancer in advance by utilizing a methylation detection technology through a molecular epigenetic means, so that prevention and treatment can be carried out in advance.
