Abstract

The invention relates to a continuous laminating type aerobic fermentation system and a using method thereof. The system comprises: a fermentation tank, and a tank body structure defined by an underground tank wall, an overground tank wall and a tank bottom; a film changing machine which is used for carrying out film uncovering, film paving or film changing treatment on the functional films covering the fermentation tank and the materials in the tank; a turning machine which is used for directly turning and further mixing the materials under the film under the condition that the film is not uncovered, and gradually translating and conveying the materials to another fixed position; and a condensate collecting system which is used for continuously collecting condensate on the lower surface of the functional film in real time and guiding out the condensate. According to the invention, continuous feeding, material translation, continuous discharging and microbial inoculum timing spraying are realized through the pile turning machine; synchronous operation of film paving and film uncovering is achieved through the film changing machine, and efficient film rolling is achieved; and real-time collection, short-distance conveying and temporary storage of condensate are achieved through the condensate collection system.
