Problems solved by technology

In this method, each level index is evaluated by a single factor, and the comprehensive performance is poor. The stable moisture content of tobacco leaves does not mean that the chemical composition and structural size are evenly distributed, and the comprehensive level of tobacco leaves cannot be effectively evaluated.

Embodiment 1

[0052] Step 1: Sampling of eggplant slices. At the left, middle, and right ends of the roasting machine during the rebaking process of eggplant processing, take samples of finished tobacco slices at intervals of 20 seconds and mix them to about 1Kg. The number of samples is 30.

[0053] Step 2: Moisture content and chemical composition testing: 300mg of each sample was taken out, and the moisture content of each sample was tested according to the requirements of the tobacco industry's "Testing Regulations for Constant Temperature Drying Ovens for Tobacco" [JJG (Tobacco) 10-2014]. The samples tested for moisture content are used for the test of nicotine content. The moisture content test only treats the moisture of the tobacco leaves without destroying the chemical composition of the tobacco leaves. Therefore, the tobacco leaves tested for moisture content can be reused for testing the nicotine content. According to "People's Republic of China Tobacco Industry Standard: Determin...

[0086] Step 1: Sampling the eggplant slices. At the left, middle, and right ends of the roasting machine in the re-baking process of eggplant processing, take samples of the finished tobacco slices at intervals of 30 seconds and mix them to about 1Kg. The number of samples is 50.

[0087] Step 2: Moisture content and chemical composition testing: 400 mg of each sample is taken out, and the moisture content of each sample is tested according to the requirements of the tobacco industry "Verification Regulations for Constant Temperature Drying Ovens for Tobacco" [JJG (Tobacco) 10-2014]. The samples tested for moisture content are used for the test of nicotine content. Embodiment 3

[0120] Step 1: Sampling of eggplant slices. At the left, middle, and right ends of the roasting machine in the rebaking process of eggplant processing, take samples of finished tobacco slices at intervals of 40 seconds and mix them to about 1Kg. The number of samples is 100.

[0121] Step 2: Moisture content and chemical composition testing: 500 mg of each sample is taken out, and the moisture content of each sample is tested according to the requirements of the tobacco industry "Verification Regulations for Constant Temperature Drying Ovens for Tobacco" [JJG (Tobacco) 10-2014]. Abstract

The invention discloses a method for judging quality uniformity of leaf type tobacco flakes, wherein the method comprises the steps: taking down eggplant core tobacco flakes from equipment to obtain acertain number of samples, measuring the moisture content and chemical components of the samples by adopting an industrial standard method, and calculating a stability coefficient according to a moisture content value and a nicotine value; and meanwhile, screening the samples by screening equipment, enabling each screen to represent a sample with a structure of one type, distinguishing the samples with different structures, calculating the stability coefficient of the mass of the sample on each layer of screen, and calculating the proportion of the mass of each layer of screen in all the samples to the mass of the total samples, so as to calculate the comprehensive variation coefficient and the stability coefficient of the tobacco flake structure. The closer the stability coefficient is to 100%, the better the uniformity of the quality of the tobacco flakes is, the higher the stability level is, the method is easy to operate, multiple indexes are combined to evaluate the tobacco flakes, and the method has the advantage of being reliable in evaluation numerical value.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of cigar filler tobacco sheets, and in particular relates to a method for judging the quality uniformity of leaf-type tobacco sheets. Background technique [0002] Traditional cigars are generally composed of the most basic 3 parts, including from outside to inside: wrapper, binder and filler. The filler part of leaf-type cigars is made of cigar leaves after threshing leaves, and is made of wrapper wrappers. Leaf quality in leaf cigars is one of the key factors that determine the quality of cigarettes. Leaf moisture content, chemical composition, and leaf structural stability are factors that affect leaf cigar density, hardness, weight, draw resistance, short and smoke. and other quality indicators have a significant impact. Therefore, in order to effectively improve the quality of leaf-type cigar cigarettes and maintain stability and consistency, it is necessary to establish a method for detecting and jud...
