Abstract

The invention aims to disclose an unmanned ship sailing type submarine cable passive electromagnetic detection system and a positioning method. A submarine cable detection sensor mainly comprises a set of electromagnetic detection system, a set of bottom-to-bottom detection altimeter and an aircraft navigation system. An unmanned ship detection platform is designed to detect and position submarinecable routing points in a reciprocating sailing mode, a sailing type air route is composed of a linear detection air route and a transition air route between linear air routes; a detection system collects environment electromagnetic signals on a linear line measuring section, performs positioning calculation of a submarine cable routing point based on the collected electromagnetic signals, plansa key airway point on the next survey line based on the ascertained submarine cable routing point position, and then finishes reciprocating navigation of the unmanned ship detection platform and unmanned positioning of the submarine cable routing point. Compared with a method used in current engineering practice, the submarine cable detecting and positioning method has the advantages of being lowin cost, high in efficiency, high in precision, free of human resource consumption and the like.
