The invention discloses a mangrove plant species rapid identification method based on an unmanned aerial vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: firstly preprocessing visible light remote sensingdata collected by the unmanned aerial vehicle to acquire a data set needed by a training model; then, generating a digital surface model of the research sample plot through three-dimensional point cloud reconstruction, and pre-classifying the plants in the image into three types by utilizing the height information of the plants represented by the digital surface model; and finally, obtaining classification results of a pixel-level type identification algorithm and an object-oriented type identification algorithm, constructing a mangrove plant classification identification weight database according to different species identification precisions of the two algorithms, and performing refined classification on a pre-classification result according to weights in the database to obtain an accurate mangrove plant type.
