Abstract

A chain extender DCP is adopted for chain extension of PBAT resin, an end-capping reagent MA is adopted for end capping of PPC, and after extrusion processing, the PBAT resin and the PPC can form a through network in a system, chain entanglement is formed, the melt strength of the system is improved, and the melt index of the system is increased. The preparation method comprises the following steps: stirring the raw materials by using a high-speed stirrer, adding the stirred raw materials into extrusion equipment formed by connecting double screws and a single screw in series, and carrying out continuous extrusion and foaming molding. Different components in the composite material system are cross-linked or terminated by adopting a chain extender or an end-capping reagent aiming at different biomass matrixes to form a structure with a main chain containing functional fragments, so that an interpenetrating network structure is formed, and the process conditions such as processing time and temperature of the composite foaming material system are optimized; and the physical property of a material system is improved, and continuous controllable manufacturing of the composite foaming material by a one-step method is realized.
