A high-efficiency and low-cost
welding method for
nickel-based
alloy composite plates capable of optimizing
welding deformation comprises the following steps that (1) grooves of two
nickel-based
alloy composite plates to be welded are machined to be in a composite I-shaped groove form with the composite layer side locally provided with an
alpha angle, and the
alpha angle ranges from 5 degrees to 15 degrees; the
nickel-based
alloy composite board comprises a base layer and a composite layer, the base layer is
carbon steel, and the composite layer is nickel-based alloy; (2) the two nickel-based
alloy composite plates are positioned, welded and assembled, the
assembly gap is (0.2-0.3) b2 mm, and b2 is the thickness of the base layer; (3)
welding, wherein composite board welding seams comprise a base layer welding seam, a
transition layer welding seam and a composite layer welding seam; and each layer of welding seam only has one welding bead. According to the method, good connection of the nickel-based
alloy composite plates is achieved, the good fusion state of the welding seams and the good
microstructure state of the welding seams of all
layers are guaranteed, and
welding deformation of the composite plates is effectively reduced; the welding pass number is greatly reduced, the welding efficiency is improved, the area of the
nickel base alloy welding pass is greatly reduced, and the welding cost is greatly reduced.
