Each single-axis magnetic field transmitting antenna of the orthogonal magnetic field transmitting antenna group is controlled by the driving signal switching circuit group to be excited by the voltage of the driving signal generating circuit in sequence, and the generated magnetic field forms a time-varying local alternating magnetic field in the space.
