Problems solved by technology

In the prior art, there are toothpastes specifically for oral problems, but the more effective bactericidal ingredients in these toothpaste formulas are mainly antibiotics. Long-term use of antibiotics may lead to bacterial imbalance, drug resistance and other adverse consequences. The effect of toothpaste for oral ulcers is not significant, so people look forward to a toothpaste that can not only resist inflammation and inhibit bacteria, but also relieve recurrent oral ulcers in a targeted manner without side effects

Abstract

The invention provides a bacteriostatic toothpaste for relieving oral ulcer and a preparation method thereof. The toothpaste is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 3-6 parts of manuka honey, 2-5 parts of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 3-8 parts of sodium ascorbyl phosphate, 6-15 parts of grapefruit extract / sodium alginate composite microspheres, 50-80 parts of a friction agent, 3-6 parts of a food-grade surfactant, 12-18 parts of a humectant, 2-5 parts of a sweetening agent, 3-5 parts of hydrophilic colloid and 15-20 parts of deionized water. The manuka honey and the grapefruit extract in the product are pure natural antibiotic substances and are rich in flavonoid and terpene substances, and meanwhile, the dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and the sodium ascorbyl phosphate are added, so that the toothpaste has bacteriostatic, anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipruritic effects, and therefore, the toothpaste can effectively relieve inflammatory response and accelerate healing for recurrent aphthous ulcer, leads to accelerated healing, and achieves the effect of relieving the oral ulcer.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of antibacterial toothpaste, in particular to an antibacterial toothpaste for alleviating oral ulcers and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Studies have shown that with changes in eating habits (numbing, spicy, hot) and increased work pressure, most adults have oral problems such as oral ulcers, gingival swelling, bleeding, and atrophy. Although these oral "minor problems" are not enough to go to the hospital, most of them bother people's emotions and have psychological and physical needs for quick solutions. Recurrent aphthous ulcer, also known as recurrent aphthous ulcer and recurrent aphthous stomatitis, is a chronic inflammation characterized by recurrent painful ulcers in the oral mucosa, mainly mild recurrent aphthous ulcer (accounting for 80%), its pathological manifestations are dense inflammatory cell infiltration at the ulcer site, mainly neutrophils and lymphocytes. Clinically, t...
