The real-time fluorescent constant-temperature nucleic acid amplification detection device comprises a micro-fluidic unit, a temperature control unit, an excitation light unit, a detection unit and a mounting rod, wherein a fluorescent constant-temperature nucleic acid amplification reaction is performed on a reaction solution containing a fluorescent dye in the micro-fluidic unit; the temperature control unit provides constant temperature required by nucleic acid amplification for the micro-fluidic unit; the excitation light unit generates excitation light to excite the fluorescent dye in the reaction liquid in the micro-fluidic unit, so that the fluorescent dye generates fluorescent light; the detection unit collects information of the fluorescent light generated by the reaction liquid in the micro-fluidic unit to obtain a detection result, wherein the micro-fluidic unit, the excitation light unit and the detection unit are installed on the mounting rod together; the excitation light unit and the detection unit are located above the micro-fluidic unit; and at least the position and / or angle, relative to the micro-fluidic unit, of the detection unit on the mounting rod is adjustable.
