[0100] 1. Synthesis of superparticle complexes that make full use of carboxylated nanodiamonds
[0101] Carboxylated nanodiamond (NDc) (particle size: 4-5nm) was prepared by detonation method according to the description of JP-A-2017-202940 or JP-A-2016-113333. The synthesized NDc was purified by nitric acid and fired under hydrogen atmosphere. The elemental analysis of NDc was carried out using an organic elemental analysis device (Micro Corder JM10; J-Science Lab Co., Ltd, Kyoto, Japan). As a result, C (86.92%), H (0.44%), and N (2.29%) were found. The purified NDc was dispersed in distilled water using a bead mill (Sand Grinder LSG-4U; Aimex Co., Ltd, Tokyo, Japan). Next, the NDc-dispersed aqueous solution is centrifuged to remove water-insoluble NDs. The resulting supernatant solution (NDc-ori) was used in subsequent experiments. Dissolve 1ml of NDc-ori in aqueous solution (ND concentration = 56mg ml -1 ), arbitrary terminal aminated alkyl molecules (50 μl o...
