The biological membrane material comprises a biochar framework, a plastic membrane layer wrapping the biochar framework and an organic matter layer wrapping the plastic membrane layer, wherein the organic matter layer contains a microbial targeted nutrient source. According to the biological membrane material, the microbial targeted nutrient source is wrapped in the organic matter layer, so a biofilm culturing process is optimized, and raw water biofilm culturing is achieved; compared with traditional biofilm culturing, cost is low, and biofilm culturing effect is good; and meanwhile, the organic matter layer provides a good carbon source for microorganisms, so biofilm culturing is more convenient and more economical. According to the invention, biochar is subjected to structure stabilization, and the problems that existing biochar is poor in structure and difficult to collect after being applied are solved.
