The device comprises a pole piece conveying mechanism which is used for transmitting a pole piece to unwind and roll, at least one conductive film unwinding mechanism group used for driving conductive films to unwind and roll, a pole piece positioned between the two layers of conductive films, a heating mechanism used for pressing the pole piece and the conductive films to form a current collector, and a collecting mechanism; the heating mechanism comprises a heating area and a cooling area which are sequentially distributed along the transmission direction of the pole piece; the heating area comprises a plurality of first heating rollers which are sequentially distributed in the transmission direction of the pole piece, and the temperatures of the first heating rollers are increased one by one; the cooling area comprises a plurality of second heating rollers which are sequentially distributed along the transmission direction of the pole piece, and the temperatures of the second heating rollers are reduced one by one; and the collecting mechanism is used for collecting the current collector.
