Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method of a graphene/furfuryl alcohol resin impregnated and modified poplar veneer for sound insulation. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) preparation, including delignification pretreatment of a poplar veneer and preparation of a graphene/furfuryl alcohol resin impregnation liquid, wherein in the delignification pretreatment of the poplar veneer, the poplar veneer is delignified by adopting a sodium chlorite method; 2) impregnation of the poplar veneer with the graphene/furfuryl alcohol resin: impregnating the poplar veneer into the graphene/furfuryl alcohol resin impregnation liquid, pressing the top by using a heavy object, and carrying out impregnation at normal temperature and normal pressure until the poplar veneer is permeated by the impregnation liquid after vacuum pressurization impregnation; and 3) drying until the weight of the poplar veneer does not change any more to obtain the graphene/furfuryl alcohol resin impregnated and modified poplar veneer. According to a designed preparation process in the invention, the modified poplar veneer with the best sound insulation performance can be obtained, a small amount of graphene oxide is added, and high-frequency-band average sound insulation index can be increased by 10%-50%; and compared with raw materials, the high-frequency-band average sound insulation index is increased by 77% through the designed preparation process.
