Abstract

The invention discloses application of CST polypeptide in preparation of a medicine for treating femoral head necrosis, particularly application in preparation of a medicine for treating hormone-induced femoral head necrosis, and particularly application in preparation of a medicine for relieving hormone-induced femoral head necrosis collapse. The functional polypeptide CST plays a protective role in femoral head necrosis. In-vitro cell experiments show that CST can antagonize an osteoblast apoptosis process caused by glucocorticoid. Meanwhile, an animal model shows that CST can inhibit femoral head necrosis collapse and improve the illness state, has no obvious toxic or side effect after long-term application, can be used in the fields of femoral head necrosis and the like, and has wide application value and market prospect.
