Abstract

The invention discloses a hepatobiliary-surgery puncture system and a use method thereof. The system comprises a supporting base, an electric telescopic supporting rod and a puncture needle, wherein a movable connecting mechanism used for adjusting an azimuth angle of the puncture needle is connected between the puncture needle and the electric telescopic supporting rod; and a pressing mechanism used for fixing the movable connecting mechanism is arranged at the upper end of the electric telescopic supporting rod. The tail end of the puncture needle is connected with an external suction puncture mechanism. According to the hepatobiliary-surgery puncture system and the use method thereof, skin and flesh at a puncture position are conveniently pushed to the middle through a pushing and clamping plate, the skin and flesh hunch up and enter a suction cup, in a movement process of the pushing and clamping plate, a piston block in a piston air cylinder is linked to move, the piston air cylinder sucks air from the suction cup, thus, the suction cup sucks the skin and flesh at the position needing to be punctured, an external suction function is achieved, and therefore, the condition that the inner side of the puncture position is torn and injured due to the fact that skin and flesh tissues of a body of a patient are firstly pressed by the puncture needle and then punctured in a puncture process is avoided.
