Abstract

The invention provides application of a ginseng-radix aconiti lateralis praeparata heart-strengthening pill in promotion of myocardial cell autophagy. An H9C2 rat myocardial cell damage model is established through OGD; WB detection shows that the ginseng-radix aconiti lateralis praeparata heart-strengthening pill can promote autophagy of H9C2 myocardial cells; through addition of an autophagy inhibitor and an autophagy inducer, it is determined that one of protection mechanisms of the ginseng-radix aconiti lateralis praeparata heart-strengthening pill in inhibiting OGD-induced cell apoptosis may up-regulate the activity of autophagy, which shows interaction between autophagy and apoptosis; and it is also shown that the ginseng-radix aconiti lateralis praeparata heart-strengthening pill may be related to an MST1 / JNK signal pathway in regulating and controlling interaction between autophagy and apoptosis of H9C2 rat myocardial cells.
