Abstract

The invention discloses an organic chlorine-free environment-friendly liquid snow-melting agent which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 40-45% of potassium formate, 7-13% of calcium ammonium nitrate, 1-8% of industrial molasses and 39-46% of water, and the pH value of the snow-melting agent is 6-10. The potassium formate, the calcium ammonium nitrate, the industrial molasses and the water are stirred, mixed and dissolved to prepare the snow-melting agent which is high in calorific value, high in snow-melting speed, low in toxicity to plants, free of peculiar smell and free of water pollution, and the snow-melting agent is suitable for snow melting of roads, bridges and airports.
