The water-based high-elasticity acrylic acid waterproof coating is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 30 to 45 parts of prefabricated slurry, 40 to 55 parts of polyacrylate emulsion, 0.1 to 0.3 part of a de-foaming agent, 3.0 to 7.0 parts of an environment-friendly plasticizer, 0.6 to 1.0 part of an anti-scratch agent and 0.6 to 1.0 part of a rheological additive. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing carboxyethyl acetate cellulose propionate, preparing polyacrylate emulsion, preparing prefabricated slurry and preparing the high-elastic acrylic acid waterproof coating. The coating is pure white in color and good in weather resistance and yellowing resistance, after artificial solarization aging is accelerated for 2000 h, color yellowing is not found by naked eyes, and the coating does not have the phenomena of pulverization, cracking and falling off.
