Embodiment Construction

[0024] The scheme of the patent of the present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with specific examples.

[0025] The experimental material that the present invention adopts is as follows:

[0026] Drugs: rapeseed pollen, Henan Meileyuan Beekeeping Professional Cooperative; metformin, Shanghai Yuanye Biotechnology Co., Ltd.

[0027] Animals: 60 6-week-old C57BL / 6j male mice, weighing 20±2 g, were purchased from the Animal Experiment Center of the Medical College of the Yellow River Institute of Science and Technology.

[0028] Reagents: AST, ALT, TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C kits (purchased from Nanjing Jiancheng Institute of Bioengineering); hematoxylin-eosin (purchased from Beijing Suolaibao Biotechnology Co., Ltd.); high-fat feed and common feed (Guangzhou Experimental Animal Center); other reagents are domestic analytical grade.

Abstract

The invention relates to a prevention effect of rape pollen total flavonoids on non-alcoholic fatty liver induced by high fat. The method comprises the following steps: feeding a mouse with high fat for 10 weeks, establishing a non-alcoholic fatty liver mouse model, carrying out intragastric administration intervention while molding, carrying out intragastric administration intervention once a day, after 10 weeks, measuring AST and ALT levels in mouse serum, TG, TC, LDL-C and HDL-C contents and TG and TC content changes in liver tissues, and observing morphological changes of the liver tissues by an HE staining method. Compared with a model group, the rape pollen total flavonoids can significantly reduce the body weight of mice, reduce the levels of AST and ALT in serum, reduce the contents of TG, TC and LDL-C in serum, reduce the contents of TC and TG in liver tissues, increase the content of HDL-C in serum, and significantly improve the pathological morphology of the liver tissues of the mice. The rape pollen total flavonoids can prevent the non-alcoholic fatty liver induced by high fat by means of improving liver functions, regulating blood fat level, improving liver tissue lesions and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for extracting total flavonoids from rape pollen, and belongs to the technical field of fatty liver prevention or treatment. Background technique [0002] Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is one of the most common chronic liver diseases in the metabolic syndrome, which is caused by abnormal fat metabolism and excessive accumulation of lipids in the liver. The liver is an important organ for systemic lipogenesis, gluconeogenesis, and cholesterol metabolism. The development of NAFLD is mainly characterized by abnormal liver function, and can develop into more serious liver diseases, such as non-alcoholic steatohepatitis, liver fibrosis and cirrhosis. Due to the increasing morbidity and mortality of NAFLD, it has become a serious health problem worldwide. However, there is currently no safe and effective drug for NAFLD clinically. Patients with NAFLD often require long-term treatment, which can lead to severe o...
