Abstract

The invention provides a flexible sweat-sugar electrochemical sensor. The flexible sweat-sugar electrochemical sensor comprises a flexible substrate, and a glucose sensing electrode, a reference electrode and a counter electrode which are arranged on the surface of the flexible substrate. The glucose sensing electrode is prepared by directly dispensing electrode modification liquid containing multi-walled carbon nanotubes, Prussian blue nanoparticles and glucose oxidase on the surface of a flexible gold electrode. Glucose oxidase on a glucose sensing electrode is utilized to oxidize glucose in sweat, generated hydrogen peroxide reacts with Prussian blue nanoparticles to generate a current signal on the electrode, and then quantitative analysis is performed on the glucose in the sweat based on a standard curve method. The flexible sweat and sugar electrochemical sensor provided by the invention has the advantages of simplicity in preparation, low cost, good product performance, suitability for large-scale production and the like, and has a good application prospect in the field of development of wearable sweat and sugar sensors.
