The invention discloses a reversible
metal 4D printing method based on hydrogel reversible deformation and a
metal part, and belongs to the field of
metal additive manufacturing. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, constructing a three-dimensional model comprising a hydrogel driving layer and a metal blank layer; respectively preparing hydrogel light-cured ink and metal or precursor
slurry thereof; printing the two
layers of materials sequentially or alternately by adopting a photocuring printer to obtain a composite
green body; the hydrogel layer is dehydrated and shrunk through
drying, the component is driven to generate preset shape deformation, the hydrogel layer absorbs water and expands through soaking, and reversible
recovery of the shape of the component is achieved; and
degreasing,
selective reduction and
sintering heat treatment are conducted on the component, and the compact final metal component is obtained. According to the invention, the independent hydrogel layer is used as a deformation driver, the dependence on the intrinsic
phase change characteristic of a metal material is avoided, the material universality is extremely high, the method can be widely applied to 4D printing of various materials including
refractory metal and high-reflection metal, and reversible control of
shape change is realized.
