Abstract

The present invention is one kind of catalyst for the complete catalytic oxidation of heavy liquid petroleum hydrocarbon. During the preparation, amorphous Sl2O3-SiO2 carrier is first dipped in mixed solution compounded with cerium nitrate, calcium carbonate and barium carbonate and set inside muffle furnace for heating, maintaining and cooling to treat; and the carrier is then dipped in mixed solution compounded with manganese nitrate, cobalt nitrate, nickel nitrate and copper nitrate and set inside muffle furnace for heating, maintaining and cooling to prepare the catalyst. The catalyst makes it possible to oxidize petroleum hydrocarbon completely at relatively low temperature to eliminate waste gas pollution radically, and the relatively low temperature makes the reaction controllable and practicable.
