[0115] The photodynamic therapy and diagnostic laser system device disclosed by the present invention is as follows figure 1 As shown, at least a laser system 2 , a lens coupling system 8 and an optical transmission output device 10 , 12 are included. The laser system 2 is composed of a pump laser 4 , a coupling lens 5 and a wavelength converter 6 . The wavelength converter 6 is used to convert the specific wavelength emitted by the pump light 4 to at least one wavelength of laser light suitable for photodynamic therapy (PDT) or diagnosis (PDD). The laser light generated by the conversion is then effectively focused into the optical fiber 10 of the optical transmission output device through the lens coupling system 8 and transmitted to the optical pen system 12 of the optical transmission output device for proper focusing and output to a specific target point, such as Tumor tissue with photosensitizing drugs.
