Abstract

The invention discloses a dual-direction rotating hot air exchange real time fluorescence polymerase reaction analyzer, comprising tank with electric machine and prime axis inside and hot air exchange circulation device on the top. The hot air exchange circulation device consists of upper air chamber installed on upper part of tank, which has air inlet with hole on its top and the overheating protection has force fan 6 and heating unit within it. The force fan is on upper part of heating unit wherein is overheating protection, and air outlet of air inlet has extending chamber which is in tank and linked to the upper air chamber through circline enclosed air outlet. Extending chamber has temperature sensor inside and upper air chamber has controllable fan blower unit and protection device inside. The invention has properties of automatic monitoring, fast, accurate, not easy pollution, convinient operation, low price, quick popularity, suitable for the need of skeleton medical and health, epidemic prevention and plant and animal test.
