Problems solved by technology

[0005] However, the disadvantage of containers formed from packaging materials with mLLDPE films is poor unsealability
If a thin mLLDPE film is used, the unsealability is improved but the strength is deteriorated in practice

Embodiment 1

[0042] 90 parts by weight of MFI: 16 g / 10 minutes, SR 1.5 and a high melting temperature of 98° C. mLLDPE obtained by differential thermal analysis were mixed with 10 parts by weight of calcium carbonate powder with an average particle diameter of 3 μm to obtain a mixture thereof. A thin film (25 µm) was formed. Low-density polyethylene film (15μm) has density: 0.915g / cm 3 and MFI: 8g / 10min, kraft paper (weight 220g / m 2 ), the low-density polyethylene film and the mLLDPE film containing calcium carbonate powder are thermally glued in sequence, thus preparing the packaging material of the present invention.

Embodiment 2

[0044] The same as in Example 1, except that 90 parts by weight of mLLDPE and 10 parts by weight of kaolin with an average particle diameter of 100 nm used in Example 1 were used to obtain a mixture. A thin film (25 µm) was formed. Low-density polyethylene film used in embodiment 1, kraft paper, low-density polyethylene film used in embodiment 1, aluminum foil (15 μm), grafted to polypropylene with maleic anhydride and modified polyolefin adhesive layer (15 μm) and the mLLDPE film containing ultrafine powder kaolin are thermally glued in sequence, so that the packaging material of the present invention is prepared.

Embodiment 3

[0046] A mixture was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1, except that synthetic zeolite (manufactured by Toyo Soda Mfg. Co., Ltd., trade name: TSZ500) with an average particle diameter of 5 μm was used instead of kaolin. This thin film (25 µm) was formed. Same as in Example 1, prepare the packaging material of the present invention, except that the mLLDPE film containing the synthetic zeolite powder replaces the mLLDPE film containing the calcium carbonate powder used in Example 1.

[0047] (reference example)

[0048] Same as Example 1, except that the film containing the mixture of calcium carbonate powder and mLLDPE was replaced with the mLLDPE film (25 μm) used in Example 1 to produce packaging materials. Using the packaging materials produced in Examples 1-3 and Reference Example, a brick-type liquid food container with a capacity of 200 ml was manufactured. The container is filled with water and then closed. The physical properties of the container were evalua...

Abstract

A packaging material which comprises a laminate having a paper or a polyolefin containing an inorganic filler as a core material, is characterized in that the innermost layer thereof comprises a linear low density polyethylene produced by using a metallocene catalyst and a fine inorganic filler. The fine inorganic filler is preferably a micro layer silicate dispersed substantially uniformly in the polyethylene. More preferably, 0.1 to 10 wt % of a layer silicate having an average particle diameter of 1 to 80 microns and not containing a particle of a diameter of 300 microns or more is dispersed substantially uniformly in the polyethylene so as to have a distance between layers of 50 angstroms or more. The packaging material exhibits excellent sealing property and excellent strength, and also good capability to be opened.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a packaging material for an easy-open container, and in particular relates to a packaging material for an easy-open container with higher airtightness and strength. Background technique [0002] Paper and polyolefins containing inorganic fillers, which are used in a wide variety of packaging materials, are commonly used as core materials. In order to protect the core material and the contents, a laminate material comprising a core material and a plastic film such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, polyvinyl chloride, etc. is used. [0003] In order to remove the contents of the container, breaking the small hole of the container formed of the laminated packaging material containing the articles is called the opening method. [0004] A linear low-density polyethylene (hereafter referred to as "mLLDPE") film produced by using a metallocene catalyst has excellent sealing characteristics and high strength, and it i...
