Abstract

Polypropylene, luminescence material of storage light and powder rubber are fused to get the luminous polypropylene composition. The luminescent material comprises metasilicate system, aluminate system, sulfide series luminescence material of storage light. The composition is used with powder rubber whose grain diameter is 50-200nm and gelatin content is 60wt%, improving the dispersion of luminescent material in the polypropylene, reducing the friction force, increasing the mechanics property and luminous power of said composition and getting the high brilliancy, high tenacity nondiscolouring luminous polypropylene composition. If the polypropylene is divided 100 portions, the luminescent material includes 1-40 portions and the powder rubber includes 1-10 portions. The invention is used to manufacture floodlighting product.
