preparation Embodiment 1

[0160] Take safflower medicinal powder, add 10 times of water, heat to 100°C, keep warm for 30 minutes, filter and cool the filtrate. Add 10 times water to the filter residue, heat to 100°C, keep warm for 20 minutes, filter, cool, and combine the filtrate to stand for 4 hours. After the supernatant is centrifuged, use an ultrafiltration membrane to remove macromolecular impurities. Adsorbent resin D 4020 Column adsorption, deionized water elution, collected eluate, concentrated by membrane, concentrated solution was subjected to molecular sieve chromatography, and the loading amount was 6% of the volume of the chromatographic column. Elute with distilled water, collect the eluate and concentrate, and freeze-dry the concentrate to obtain safflower yellow; determined by high performance liquid chromatography, the content of safflower yellow is 88.6%. See attached figure 1 .

[0162] Take safflower medicinal powder, add 10 times of water, heat to 100°C, keep warm for 30 minutes, filter and cool the filtrate. Add 10 times water to the filter residue, heat to 100°C, keep warm for 20 minutes, filter, cool, and combine the filtrate to stand for 4 hours. After the supernatant is centrifuged, use an ultrafiltration membrane to remove macromolecular impurities. Adsorbent resin D 4020 Column adsorption, deionized water elution, collect the eluate, concentrate through the membrane, the concentrated solution is subjected to molecular sieve chromatography, and the loading amount is 10% of the volume of the chromatographic column. Elute with distilled water, collect the eluate to concentrate, apply Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography on the concentrated solution, collect the eluate, and freeze-dry to obtain safflower yellow; determined by high performance liquid chromatography, the content of safflower yellow is 99.6% . See attached figure 2 .

[0164] Take safflower medicinal powder, add 10 times of water, heat to 90°C, keep warm for 40 minutes, filter and cool the filtrate. Add 8 times of water to the filter residue, heat to 90°C, keep warm for 20 minutes, filter, and cool. Then add 8 times of water to the filter residue, heat to 90°C, keep warm for 20 minutes, filter, cool, and combine the filtrate to stand for 2 hours. After the supernatant is centrifuged, use an ultrafiltration membrane to remove macromolecular impurities. Macroporous Adsorption Resin D 4020 Adsorption, elution with deionized water, collection of the eluate, concentration through the membrane, the concentrated solution was subjected to molecular sieve chromatography, and the loading amount was 12% of the volume of the chromatographic column. Elute with distilled water, collect the eluate, and freeze-dry to obtain safflower yellow; determined by high-performance liquid chromatography, the content of safflower yellow is 86.1%. Abstract

The present invention provides a carthamus yellow dripping pills preparation. It contains carthamus yellow and at least one matrix selected from polyethylene glycol, gelatin, stearic acid, polyvinylpyrrolidone and glyceryl monostearate. The weight ratio of the carthamus yellow and the described matrix is 1-10:20-40. Said carthamus yellow dripping pills can be used for preventing and curing angiocardiopathy and cerebrovascular disease.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a kind of safflower yellow drop pill and its preparation method, and the application of the safflower yellow drop pill. Background technique [0002] The traditional Chinese medicine safflower is the dried flower of Carthamus tinctorius L., a plant of Compositae. It is a common traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing stasis. Safflower yellow is the main active ingredient in safflower, which is a chalcone glucoside [see: "Isolation and Identification of Yellow and Red Pigments in Safflower" in "Chinese Herbal Medicine", Volume 21, Issue 4, 1990 by An Xiqiang et al. ; Takahashi Yet al Lett1982; 23 (49): 5163; Zhang Linping "National Safflower Medicinal Academic Conference Proceedings" P24-27 "Safflower Powder Injection Physicochemical Properties Research", August 1996; Wang Chengsong et al.
