The invention relates to a method for extracting
carthamin yellow from safflower
carthamus and in particular relates to a method combining a flash extraction technology with an enzymolysis process. The method comprises the following steps: a, putting safflower
carthamus subjected to
impurity removal into a container, adding an
ethanol solution, and crushing the safflower
carthamus on a
traditional Chinese medicine extractor for extraction; b, adjusting the pH value of extraction liquid to be 4.5-5.5, adding
cellulose which accounts for 0.3wt%-0.5wt% of the
raw material, and performing enzymolysis at 40-60 DEG C for 2.0-3.0 hours; c, inactivating at the high temperature; d, adjusting the pH value of the solution to be 7, filtering, and performing reduced pressure concentration; e, purifying concentrated liquid by adopting macroporous adsorption resin, eluting by an
ethanol solution, and collecting eluate; and f, performing reduced pressure concentration and spray-
drying to obtain
carthamin yellow. According to the method, the safflower carthamus is adopted as the
raw material, the flash extraction and enzymolysis combined process is fully utilized,
carthamin yellow in the safflower carthamus is dissolved out to the maximum extent, the extraction time is greatly shortened, the cost is relatively low, the environment is well protected, and the industrial production is facilitated.
