Problems solved by technology

[0004] The drug stent is a layer of polymer drug-loaded substance adhered to the metal surface of the stent. Since the elastic modulus of the two is very different, the difference between the stent and the polymer drug-loaded layer after undergoing two plastic deformations The binding force is difficult to maintain the initial state; and because the structure of the stent is arranged at inter...

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparing method of metal rack surface micro-blind hole drug-carrying layer, which comprises the following steps: a. heating NaOH solution at 100 deg.c to dispose metal rack surface, removing impurity and oxide film, cleaning through deionized water, drying, b. preparing 0.01-1.00mol/L etching liquid through analytical pure acid under normal temperature, marking the etching liquid, c. immersing the metal rack in the etching liquid under normal temperature for 8-20h, cleaning through deionized water, drying, d. allocating certain density of organic solution through organic solvent and metal rack carrier under normal temperature, e. placing metal rack with micro-blind hole on the surface in the organic solution under normal temperature, shocking through microwave for 15 min, drying.

Example

[0023] Example 1. Put n metal stents into 100ml 2.00mol/L NaOH solution, heat to 100C°, take out after 30min, wash with deionized water, and dry. Then immerse it in 50ml of 1.00mol/L hydrochloric acid solution, leave it for 8h, take it out, wash it with deionized water, and dry it; finally put it in an organic solution containing the drug, shake it in the microwave for 15min, take it out and dry it .

Example

[0024] Example 2. Put n metal stents into 100ml 2.00mol/L NaOH solution, heat to 100C°, take out after 30min, wash with deionized water, and dry. Then immerse it in 50ml 0.50mol/L hydrochloric acid solution, leave it for 16h, take it out, wash it with deionized water, and dry it; finally put it into an organic solution containing the drug, shake it in the microwave for 15min, take it out and dry it .
[0025] Example 3. Use n metal stents, which interact with the corrosive solution after being treated with an alkaline solution to form a relatively uniform surface of the metal stent with many blind holes with an average pore diameter of about 0.8-2.5μm; then put it into the paclitaxel solution Or CHCl for rapamycin 3 Or other volatile organic solvents, the concentration is 5mg/ml solution, after microwave vibration for 15min, take it out and dry.
