The preparation process includes the reaction of diisocyanate, diol compound and dimethylol propionic acid to produce pre-polymer with -NCO end group; expanding chain with 1, 4-butanediol; regulating pH value with amine to neutrality, adding deionized water containing antiseptic via high speed stirring and adding water to regulate the viscosity. The paint is coated to the surface of fabric to make the fabric poromeric and with powerful functions of killing common bacteria and mold.
