voltage of 9-10 kV is applied, the flow of a
spinning solution is set to range from 1.0 mL / h to 1.1 mL / h, the distance between a drum
receiver and the needle head ranges from 13 cm to 14 cm, and the rotating speed ranges from 1,600 r / min to 1,700 r / min; finally, the
carbon fibers are carbonized, the nano-fibers in the step b are placed in a vacuum oven of the temperature of 40 DEG C for 24 h, dried nano-silver films are put in a tube type resistance furnace, the temperature is raised to 520-540 DEG C at the heating rate of 10 DEG C / min, the temperature is constantly kept for 1-1.5 h, then the materials are naturally cooled to
