prediction system and method.The
system comprises the steps that height,
trunk,
shoulder width and
pelvis data of a patient are collected to calculate a longitudinal-transverse proportion benchmark,
body surface three-dimensional scanning is conducted based on the proportion to position shoulder,
elbow and knee marks, and coordinates are generated; meridians and collaterals and a transverse interpolation axis are reconstructed to restrain a
body surface path,
acupuncture point space coordinates are calculated in combination with bony markers, and the safe
acupuncture depth is evaluated through
ultrasonic analysis of tissue levels. According to the invention, a vertical and horizontal
body type reference is constructed through double proportions of height,
trunk and shoulder and basin width,
body surface three-dimensional scanning is introduced, a stable space
anchor point is formed by a key anatomical mark, an ordered topological relation is established along meridians and collaterals and the transverse direction, and scale deviation is corrected in combination with path constraint, so that
acupuncture point positioning has consistency and verifiability; and the safe
needle insertion depth is quantified through the relationship between the
tissue level and the
bone surface, so that individualized and explainable accurate positioning and
risk assessment are realized.
