The invention relates to an
AIDS diagnosis device with an easy-to-remove liquid flow driving component, and belongs to the field of
analytical testing. A technical obstacle exists in the manufacture of a substrate of an AIDS-diagnosis
microfluidic chip using cheap and easy-to-process
polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS), the surface of the PDMS is strongly-hydrophobic, the effect of targeted
surface modification or
surface finish is difficult to last, and the
AIDS diagnosis device with the easy-to-remove liquid flow driving component aims to solve the series of relevant problems. Main points of the
AIDS diagnosis device with the easy-to-remove liquid flow driving component are as follows: the PDMS with an original ecological surface is selected as the substrate, an elastic force clip is elastically snapped and positioned in a position near a sample liquid flow terminal of the
microfluidic chip, wherein miniature ultrasonic transducers are attached to clamping arms of the elastic force clip, meanwhile an ultrasonic attenuator is installed at the sample feeding end of the
microfluidic chip so as to achieve a rapid ultrasonic wave intensity decline in a
short distance, so that an interfacial tension difference can be formed at both ends of the
chip, and a sample flow is facilitated to flow along an originally-hydrophobic
capillary channel to the direction of the terminal.
